"Down Syndrome Forgotten" is a family support network dedicated to advocating for individuals with special needs, ensuring they receive the support, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive. DSF connects individuals and families with various services, support groups, resources, and advocacy efforts to raise awareness and provide support for individuals with special needs. Through warm hand-offs and a strong referral base, we facilitate connections and ensure that no one is left behind.
